Here we go.  After a year, we are fully redesigned.  There is much more functionality with the new website design.  I hope everyone appreciates the efforts of Adam & Chris, my web geniuses.

In the event that I am unable to do so, I want to wish all of you a Happy New Year for 2011.  Let us all hope that 2011 proves to be a less stressed, and more prosperous year that the tumultuous times we experienced as a Nation in 2010.

Well, the firm is presently embroiled in several interesting cases.  Of most recent note is an election challenge to a county commission race down in Osceola County.  The amended complaint, linked here, details the nature of the allegations against elections officials which substantiate the case for overturning this election.

Welcome back to the blog.  We are in the process of making this blog much more detailed and interactive.  The blog will blend a mix of legal news and analysis, as well as tidbits regarding my practice.  Also, you may occasionally see items addressing political economics, which has long been a great passion of mine.
